gamescom: Opening Night Live

In August, the opening ceremony of gamescom returned to Cologne, Germany, delivering a sensational live show with thousands of fans live at Koelnmesse. In addition, millions of fans were there live digitally. In 2022, the show was co-streamed on more than 1,600 channels and viewed more than 13 million times - so its reach speaks for itself.

Hosted by Geoff Keighley, Opening Night Live featured:

• Trailer and gameplay reveals
• A first look at gamescom 2023 events
• And much more

Requirement for editorial integration or sponsorships for publishers and developers:

• Booth space booking in the entertainment area OR
• Booking of the event arena OR
• On-site sponsorship with community activation

For non-endemics companies a booking was possible in principle (after coordination).
