Early build-up period

Advanced build-up for gamescom is possible for a fee.

Following the opening times for the early build-up period:

The costs for the early build-up are amounting to EUR 980.00 (plus VAT) per day, per exhibitor and hall level, excluding the days on which the halls are closed. This fee will be charged from the day your early build-up begins and will be calculated until 10.08.2023 (entertainment area) and 17.08.2023 (business area), including the weekends. Please use the following form to order the early build-up.

The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged exclusively to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is not possible.

We would also like to inform you that during the extended build-up period the freight lifts can be used only on request. Only employees of Koelnmesse GmbH or companies commissioned by Koelnmesse GmbH are authorised to operate the lifts. You will have to bear the costs associated with their use.

Furthermore we would like to point out that the heat will not be turned on in the halls until 22.08.2023. We would like to draw your specific attention to the fact that an earlier start of construction, i.e. before 22.08.2023, is at your own risk. Within the scope of the law, Koelnmesse GmbH assumes no liability.

The booking of an eSlot (time slot) is mandatory for access to the exhibition grounds. The booking in the eSlot portal will be activated for you from mid-July.
