Redemption of exhibitor passes
As of now, exhibitors at gamescom can order their codes for exhibitor and construction passes, as well as free visitor tickets online via the Service Shop. Please pass on these codes to all persons who require access to gamescom.
1. Redeem your digital ticket code:
Every person who needs admission must redeem their ticket code in the Ticket Shop in advance of the event and create a personal Koelnmesse account if they do not already have one.
2. You will receive an email with the ticket PDF
We will send you an order confirmation with the ticket as a PDF file. The tickets will also be made available for download to the wallet of the respective mobile device.
You can retrieve your trade fair tickets at any time in the ticket store via "My orders".
3. You attend gamescom
With your printed ticket or with the ticket as PDF/ in the wallet of your mobile device you get access to the fairground.
