*The ticket for trade visitors is valid for both the business and the entertainment area on site and entitles the holder to participate in the digital B2B community gamescom biz.
Trade visitor tickets are intended for personal use and must be legitimized in advance. You can also purchase trade visitor tickets for other persons. The invited persons have to register themselves, provide the trade visitor legitimization and redeem the received code. In accordance with the opening hours of the business area from Wednesday, August 23, to Friday, August 25, 2023, trade visitors can purchase three 1-day tickets or a 3-day ticket for their own visit to gamescom.
In addition, the purchase of trade visitor tickets for Saturday, August 26 and Sunday, August 27, 2023 is possible at the price of private visitor tickets (while stocks last).

* For pupils, students, trainees, pensioners, seniors over 65 years of age, severely disabled people, voluntary social service workers (FSJ/FÖJ) upon presentation of the relevant proof. Please have your identification document for reduced tickets ready in the entrance area.
** Family day ticket: Valid for a maximum of 5 people, including a maximum of two adults and at least one child aged seven to twelve.
Day ticket: Entitles to one-time access to the trade fair on the specified day only. The day ticket loses its validity when leaving the event.
3-day ticket (for trade visitors only): Entitles the holder to enter the event in the period 23.-25.08.2023.
With your contribution of one Euro, you support the reforestation of the gamescom forest together with us. Available in addition to any ticket type.
In the Ticket Shop you can pay via PayPal or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express).
Certain age restrictions apply to gamescom.
Children aged 4-6 can enter the event free of charge. Children under the age of 4 will not be admitted, even if accompanied by their parents!
Children aged 4-12 must be accompanied by an adult when visiting gamescom.
Adolescents aged 12 and over may visit gamescom without adult supervision.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed to enter the trade fair grounds.
Only trade visitors are entitled to visit the business area. Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to conduct suitable trade visitor approvals on site. Here you find information about our trade visitor's target groups .
Important information for trade visitors
For legitimation as a trade visitor, you require a trade register excerpt, a trade certificate or other suitable documentation indicating that you:
Trade visitors must be at the age of 18 at least!
Dogs and other pets are not allowed to enter the trade fair grounds.
You will receive your free travel ticket in a separate email. To use public transport, print out the PDF file in A4 format or download the PDF file to your mobile device.
The ticket (2nd class) is valid for public transport in the extended network of the Rhein Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) .
This does not include trains of Deutsche Bahn AG that are subject to surcharges, such as IC/EC or ICE.
The ticket only entitles the holder to travel to and from Koelnmesse GmbH during the specified trade fair period. It is not transferable to other persons and is only valid in conjunction with a valid photo ID and the admission ticket to the specified Koelnmesse GmbH event.
Please register in the Ticket Shop and create a Koelnmesse account or log in with your existing access data.
In the Ticket Shop you can buy your ticket or redeem and personalize your digital ticket code.
In addition, you must legitimize yourself as a trade visitor.
We will send you an order confirmation with the ticket as a PDF file. The tickets will also be made available for download to the wallet of the respective mobile device.
You can retrieve your trade fair tickets at any time in the Ticket Shop via "My orders".
With your printed ticket or with the ticket as PDF/ in the wallet of your mobile device you get access to the fairground.
